Merritt Group showcases this through our Merritt InBalance initiative, a voluntary health and wellness program designed to encourage healthy, active lifestyles among employees. Each month, we organize a company-wide event that promotes one of our core mission pillars, which are:
This year, the entire Merritt Group team has participated in numerous community events for Earth Day and Random Acts of Kindness Week, and we have organized employee gatherings that help foster positivity in the workplace. Each year during December and in the spirit of the holiday season, Merritt Group participates in our Merry Week of Giving. The entire organization comes together to support the mission of lending a hand, giving our time and donating items to communities in need. Last year, Merritt Groupers helped five local organizations in numerous volunteer efforts.
On Friday, November 18, Merritt Group will attend the awards presentation at the 24th Annual CARE Awards Breakfast. In addition to being recognized by Northern Virginia Family Service, the event includes the opportunity to hear from local executives on family-friendly workplace policies.
