Another trophy for the case! Merritt Group has been named one of Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to work for 2018! This award recognizes companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. Out of 423 nominations, we landed in the top 100 honorees and will find out our official ranking on May 17th at the awards event at the MGM National Harbor.
For this award, companies are judged based on the results of an employee survey administered by Quantum Market Research and must have at least an 85% response rate. The survey evaluates factors like personal engagement, team dynamics, trust in leadership, employee alignment with company goals, retention, and team effectiveness.
