GOALS
CalAmp has a very product-driven message that business and trade press was not interested in. However, they had some high-level messaging for key verticals like construction, supply chain & logistics, government automotive and more, but they didn’t target vertical media.
Merritt Group created a pitch bank that aligned vertical messages and CalAmp solutions along with hot trends journalists were covering like Internet of Things, 5G, COVID-19 and more. Meanwhile, we changed how CalAmp spoke about industry solutions through blogs, bylines and press releases.
