Booz Allen Hamilton is a premier provider of consulting services to governments and private industry. Known for helping clients solve difficult challenges, their thought leaders are experts in fields ranging from cyber security to big data analytics.


Booz Allen wanted to extend the reach of their industry-leading insights to emerging mobile platforms. The company turned to Merritt Group to develop several applications for use on the Apple iPad. The client needed to maintain brand consistency, provide an engaging multimedia experience and showcase the personalities of their thought leaders. While content and style were key, security was equally important.


Merritt worked with Booz Allen to develop Insights, the company’s first corporate iPad application. Available for download through the Apple App Store, Insights features Booz Allen subject matter experts along-side topical and shareable videos and content. In addition to Insights, Merritt also helped Booz Allen concept, design and publish an interactive thought leadership series, Insights in Practice, through the Apple Newsstand.


Through Insights, users can view videos, access a library of PDF materials, learn about Booz Allen thought leaders, share information through social media and find employment opportunities at Booz Allen. Insights In Practice brings traditional collateral to life through a vibrant interactive publication that features videos, interactive graphs and diagrams and more. Users download installments of Insights In Practice to their iPad, allowing for full functionality whether connected or offline.
