Hot start-up HealthTap+ needed to increase its visibility in physician-facing media and develop relationships with organizations who had established physician connections that could help connect its technology platform to a larger network of Americans.

Merritt took the company’s top thought leaders on a national media tour to establish visibility in the physician community via top-tier media coverage and to facilitate meetings with high-profile organizations with the ability to expand HealthTap+’s physician and patient exposure.

As a result of the outreach, Merritt secured meetings with two strategic organizations, Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the American Hospital Association. Ten media briefings resulted in coverage among physician-facing media outlets such as Becker’s ACS Review, CardioSource, Cardiovascular News, Healthcare Business Today, Kaiser Health, Medical Design Technology, Medscape, mHealth Watch, OBGYN.net and PT Think Tank Blog.
